Challenge
The global church is faced with an enormous challenge. Out of the 5 million pastoral leaders estimated to serve globally (All Christian traditions), only five percent (250,000) are likely to have formal biblical training. Most are doing their best in serving, preaching, teaching and mistering to their flock. (Source: Report)

Mission and Solution
According to the bible, the role of a church leader (such as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds, Teachers) is to equip the saints FOR the work of ministry not just merely do the work of the ministry FOR the saints.
Ephesians 4:11–13 (ESV): “11 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, 12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,”

Disciple Making is the heart of the great commission and it is not only the last commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ but our first priority. Making disciples is the mission of the church thus fulfilling the great commission. Making disciples is not merely a ministry of the church but THE ministry of the church.
Matthew 28:19–20 (ESV): “19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
